Fixed price. Three weeks. I build it, host it, and keep it running, so it still works when the models change.

Do you ship to the Republic of Ireland?

Yes. €9.50, two to three working days, and it is free over €120.

And to Norway?

I don’t know. That isn’t in anything I’ve been given, but I can pass this to Sarah, who will reply today.

Answers from your content. Nothing else.

The three questions everybody asks

How long?
Three weeks from kickoff.
What if it says something wrong?
It answers from your content only, and says “I don’t know” rather than guessing.
What happens after launch?
I host and maintain it. Monthly.

What you actually get

Every build, both tiers. Nothing on this list is an add-on and nothing on it is a phase two.

  • Trained on your content

Your pages, docs, PDFs and help articles, turned into something it can answer from accurately.

  • Escalation to a human

It hands the conversation to a person, with the transcript, when it should not be answering.

  • Conversation logs

Every conversation, searchable, so you can read what it actually said rather than hope.

  • Your branding

Your colours, your type, your tone of voice. It does not look like somebody else’s product.

  • Embedded on your site

One script tag, or a WhatsApp number and a mailbox on the Business tier.

  • Analytics on real questions

What people ask, what it could not answer, and what to write next. The list writes your FAQ for you.

Three weeks, and you know what happens in each one

  1. Help centreProduct pagesPDFsEmail replies

    Agreed scope

    Shipping, returns, sizing

    Anything order-specific

    Week 1

    Content and scoping

I go through what you already have (site, help centre, PDFs, the answers your team types out by hand) and we agree what the bot is for and, more usefully, what it is not for.

  2. Before

“We ship worldwide in 3 days.”

    After

“UK and EU in 2–3 days. I don’t have a time for Norway.”

    tuned

    Week 2

    Build and tune

It gets built and tuned against your real questions. You get a link partway through and can break it yourself, which is the fastest way to find what it should not be answering.

  3. yourstore.comLive

    <script src="/assistant.js">

    Conversation logs

    Analytics

    Walkthrough recording

    Week 3

    Test, deploy, handover

Tested against the awkward questions, deployed on your site, and handed over with the logs, the analytics and a walkthrough. Then it is live, and running it is my job.

Kickoff is the day I have your content, not the day you sign. If what the bot needs to answer from does not exist yet in a form anything can read, you hear that on the call rather than in week four.

Pricing, in public

The build is fixed and quoted before we start. The monthly is what keeps it working afterwards, and it is the part most of this industry does not talk about until month four.

Looking for something under $2,500?

Honestly, use one of the DIY builders. They are good now, and I would be doing you a disservice: you would spend most of your budget with me before anything went live. This is for businesses that need it to work properly and keep working. If you try one and it does not hold up, come back.

Monthly

What the monthly actually pays for

It is not a retainer for standby time. It pays for something that is running, and every line of it leaves my account whether or not anything breaks.

Book a 20-minute call →
  • Hosting and modelsthe model bill alone is $50–150 a month
  • Upgradesbefore a deprecated model breaks it
  • A person to callmonitoring and content updates

Both tiers are the same promise: a fixed build price agreed before anything starts, then a monthly that covers running it. No setup fee on top, no charge per conversation, and no minimum term. You stop paying and it stops running at the end of that month, with your content, your prompts and your logs exported in a format you can hand to whoever comes next.

The awkward questions

Why not just use ChatGPT’s own builder?

Because ChatGPT’s own builder is a good product for a different job. It lives on OpenAI’s platform, your customers need an account to reach it, and it changes underneath you when the platform changes. What I build sits on your site under your branding, answers from your content, escalates to your people, and has somebody responsible for it when a model is deprecated. If none of that matters to you, use the builder. It is genuinely good and it is cheaper than I am.

What does the monthly fee actually cover?

Hosting, the model API usage, upgrades when a model is deprecated, content updates, monitoring, and a person to call. The model bill alone is typically $50–150 a month and it is real money leaving my account whether or not anything breaks. It is not a maintenance retainer for standby time: it pays for something that is running.

What if I want to stop?

You stop paying and it stops running at the end of that month. No lock-in period, no exit fee, no notice period to serve. You keep your content, your prompts and your conversation logs, exported in a format you can hand to whoever comes next.

Who owns the data and the conversations?

You do. Your content, your prompts and every conversation the bot has had are yours, and exportable on request at any time. I do not train anything on your data and I do not resell it.

Where is it hosted, and where does the data sit?

On Cloudflare, in their edge network, with data at rest in the UK or EU by default. If you have a specific requirement, whether a region, a processor agreement or a model that cannot be American, say so on the call, because it changes what I can build and it is cheaper to know before week one than during week three.

What happens when it can’t answer something?

It says so. The bot answers from your content and nothing else, so when the answer is not in there it tells the customer it does not know and offers to pass them to a person. That is a deliberate choice and it is the single most important one on this page: a bot that guesses in front of your customers costs more than no bot at all. There is an example of it at the top of this page.

How is this different from a $2,000 build on Upwork?

Mostly by what happens after launch. A $2,000 build is a real build and it will work on the day it is delivered. The difference shows up in month nine, when a model is deprecated, or the prompt has drifted, or your pricing page changed and the bot is confidently quoting last year’s numbers. At that point the $2,000 build has nobody left to call. I am not the cheap option and I would not try to win that argument: if the bot is a nice-to-have, buy the cheap one. If a customer would be misinformed by it, buy the one somebody is responsible for.

How long does it really take?

Three weeks from kickoff, and kickoff is when I have your content, not when you sign. Week one is content and scoping, week two is build and tune, week three is test, deploy and handover. If it is going to take longer than that, usually because the content does not exist yet in a form anything can read, you hear that before you pay rather than in week four.

Twenty minutes, and you will know if this is worth doing

From $5,000 to build and $500 a month to run, live three weeks after kickoff. On the call you get a fixed number or an honest reason why not. No deck, no discovery process, no follow-up sequence.
