Every item is a fixed price, quoted in writing first. Retainers are a monthly fee with an hours allowance.
No licence resale or commission
We don't sell HubSpot seats or earn anything from your tier, so nothing we suggest is tied to a sale.
No deleting data without an export
Everything we change is exported first, and you keep the export.
No promises about HubSpot's roadmap
HubSpot decides its roadmap and its API limits. We build within them as they are and tell you where they get in the way.
Questions people ask
Why not just use HubSpot's QuickBooks, Xero or Shopify connector?
If it does what you need, use it. The free health check will tell you whether it does. The native connectors cover the common case and often stop short on custom objects, more than one company or currency, records from before the connector was installed, and dedupe rules specific to your data. That is where custom mapping or a small integration of your own makes sense.
Do you need admin access to our portal?
Not to start. The health check works from your description, or from a read-only private app if you choose to create one. For the agreed work we ask for a private app with only the scopes that work needs, and the token is revoked at the end. Someone with admin access creates the app, but it does not have to be you.
Can you work with our existing agency?
Yes. Plenty of agencies set up portals and run marketing but do not write code. We take the engineering piece, follow their naming and process, and hand the code to whoever looks after the portal.
What if the fix is a configuration change, not code?
Then it costs nothing. We write down the settings to change, and you or your admin change them.
How do you bill?
Fixed items: 50% when you accept the written quote, 50% on delivery. Retainers are $1,500 or $2,500 a month, invoiced in advance. In USD, by card or bank transfer.
Do you do this for UK or European companies?
