Can you add AI to our product without rebuilding it?
Yes. We usually build the AI part as a separate Python service with its own API, and your existing application calls it.
Which models do you use, and can they run on our own infrastructure?
We pick per task from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and open-weight models, choosing the cheapest that passes your evaluations. Open-weight models can run in your own cloud account if the data can't leave it.
How do you test AI features?
With an evaluation set built from real examples and scored automatically on every change. We log production output and add new failures to the set.
What does it cost to run once it is live?
It depends on volume and model. We estimate the cost per request before the build, and after launch you get a dashboard of real cost per feature.
How do you handle UK GDPR for AI features?
We keep personal data out of prompts where possible, use providers' zero-retention options where it isn't, and document the data flows for your data protection impact assessment.
