Architecture that holds up in year two
We organise code by feature and keep the interface, the business rules and the data apart. New developers can find things, and a change to one feature doesn't break another.
Type-safe from the database to the browser
TypeScript runs end to end, with Drizzle for the database, validated API inputs and React Router's generated route types. A renamed column breaks the build, so it can't break production.
Fast, accessible pages
We render on the server, ship little JavaScript, and test against WCAG 2.2 AA with axe on every pull request. Our own service pages are held to an accessibility score of 100.
Taking over an existing codebase
If another team built your React app and changes have slowed down, we start with a written review, then add tests around the parts you change most and fix those first.
Testing and deployment
Vitest for unit tests, Playwright for end-to-end tests, and both run on every pull request. We deploy small changes often, so problems are easy to find and roll back.
