What we do in Shopify

The work we are asked for most, and what goes into each one.

Custom Shopify apps

Private apps on the Admin GraphQL API and webhooks, for workflows Shopify and the App Store don't cover.

Checkout and Shopify Functions

Discount, delivery and payment rules as Shopify Functions, and checkout UI extensions on Shopify Plus.

  • Integrations with ERP, stock and fulfilment

    We keep products, stock and orders in sync between Shopify and your ERP, warehouse or accounting system.

  • Migrations to Shopify

    From WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento or BigCommerce, carrying over products, customers, orders and redirects. We also sell this as a fixed-price service.

  • Tracking and reporting

    Server-side conversion tracking to Meta, Google and TikTok, and reports from your Shopify data that your ad platforms can't give you.

Start with a planning day

A day with you and up to 4 of your team, in person in Glasgow or on a video call. Within 2 working days you get a written plan: architecture, data model, integrations, risks, and a phased estimate in ranges. If the build starts within 60 days, the £750 comes off the first invoice.

We build in fixed-scope phases and show you the work every week. The code is in your repository from day one.

Questions people ask

Do we need Shopify Plus?

Not for most custom apps and integrations. Checkout UI extensions on the checkout steps need Plus, and we'll tell you on the planning day if anything you want does.

Should we use an App Store app or a custom one?

If an App Store app does what you need, use it. We build custom apps for workflows specific to your business, or when the existing apps would cost more over time than building one.

Can you connect Shopify to our ERP or accounting system?

Yes, if it has an API. We sync products, stock, orders and refunds both ways and log every sync, so mismatches are easy to trace.

Can you move our store to Shopify?

Yes, from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, Magento or BigCommerce, including products, customers, orders and redirects. Fixed prices are on our Shopify migration page.

Do you design Shopify themes?

No. We build apps, integrations and migrations, and work alongside your designer if you need a new theme.
